Many thanks to the many folks who have written or spoken to me about their gratitude for my return to this particular medium with more regularity since the Fall. The last two weeks have been rather quiet around here because I’ve been on the road so much given lectures and workshops (in addition to my regular teaching and other ministerial responsibilities at home). Here’s a sampling of some things you could explore that are publicly available from my recent engagements.
- The Annual Faith+Life Lecture Series at Baldwin Wallace University (Cleveland, OH) — Go to this link to watch my three lectures.
- The Archdiocese of LA Religious Education Congress (Los Angeles, CA) — Go to this link to watch one of my workshops in the arena.
I’m writing today to share that I intend to keep some of this radio silence going…for a time. For the next forty days or so, I would like to take a bit of a Lenten “blog break” to dedicate the equivalent amount of time I’d spend researching and writing a daily post to focus more on prayer this Lent.
I will continue to be present on Twitter (@DanHoranOFM) and Facebook (Facebook.com/DanHoranOFM), so you can keep up-to-date via those platforms. You can also check out my “Events” page on my website to see where I’ll be speaking during Lent, including speaking in Seattle, WA on Good Friday.
Wishing everyone a prayerful, peaceful, and justice-seeking Lenten Season. Let’s keep each other in prayer!
